My Reflection- 4th and 5th week of my internship.

Tasks are accumulating from week one till now, and I can really feel the intense and the importance of managing my time. Time management is one of the important elements is performing this job as there are so many things to handle at one goal and must be done accurately. I have been performing a routinize job from week 1 till week 3.From the entire task from filing, E-filling, processes of letters, now I have came to my last stage of tasks, which is dealing with the push carts.

Josephine, which in charge of the 56 push carts has her very own way in managing them. As she is teaching me the basic filing system of the push carts, I got to know that each floors has different rental rate and its really depends on the capability of the push carts tenant. Besides, ground floor do not consists of any push carts as this floor are mainly rented out to Interbational tenants, such as Coach, Jaspal, Marks and Spencer and many more.

The first assignment which she assigned me to do is the compilation of all 56 push carts with the snapshots of their merchandise.  She brought me down to the shopping mall and show me the correct way and angles that she wants for the photo. With her guidance, I have learned how to take 5 angles of the push carts. I have started floor by floor and continue this for about two weeks.

This is the format i will be doing for all the 56 push carts.  It will consisting the front view, both side views, the sitting area, and also the name of the push carts.

This task is done to ease my colleagues in viewing the push carts. Besides, i will be also checking on the permitted merchandise on all the push carts that is stated in the license agreement.  This has tested my accuracy and also spot checking skills on the merchandise. As informed by Josephine, items not permitted must be taken note and warning letter will be impose to the owner of the push carts.

After two weeks, I've completed the task and reported to Josephine for checking. She gave me a thumbs up which gave me so much motivation and i am glad that my work is appreciated. :)
